Adhyaa Foundation, recognised by the Government of India, is committed to building a
patriotic, united, and stronger Bharatha. Our mission is to ignite patriotism, promote
social equality, and empower students, youth, women, and tribal communities across Karnataka.
From providing books, nutritional food, and modern learning amenities to supporting
rural students in defence and competitive exam preparation, we stand as a pillar for
education, empowerment, and healthcare assistance to the underprivileged.
Rakesh Ajila is originally from a humble rural background. He started this mission by self-funding through 30% of each month's earnings for the noble cause of supporting government school kids and youth empowerment for the past several years. He motivates and trains Rural kids with patriotism, training for defence and other Nation Building activities with the Motto of “Bharatha First...”
During his college days, he was one of the best NCC cadets of the Karnataka & Goa Directorate and represented the directorate in the Independence Day Golden Jubilee celebration in New Delhi in 1997 and the Republic Day Parade in New Delhi in 1998.
He was also decorated with a prestigious Black Belt from the Unarmed Commando Combat Academy (UCCA), Mumbai, which trains India's elite defence forces.
He completed his initial studies at Poorna Prajna College, Udupi, and graduated from SDM College, Ujire, Dharmasthala. He is a postgraduate in Economics from Mangalore University, holds a DIEM from NIEM Chennai, an MBA from IIMM Pune, and is also an alumnus of the prestigious IMT Ghaziabad, UP.
